Veto Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-19

By using Veto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

You may use Veto only for lawful, personal use. You are responsible for your activity and any content you share through the app.

Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Veto at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

In-app purchases and ads

Optional purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

Ad-free subscription

Veto offers a monthly subscription that removes all banner advertisements from the app.

  • Price: approximately £4.99 GBP per month (exact price is shown in your local currency before you subscribe).
  • Billing: your subscription automatically renews each month. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time via your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
  • Refunds: subscriptions are not prorated. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
  • Restoration: if you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore your subscription" option on the subscription screen to re-activate your purchase.
  • Free trial: if a free trial is offered, it will be clearly displayed before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscribing.

Subscription management and billing are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Veto does not have access to your payment information.

Limitation of liability

Veto is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms are updated, we will revise the date above. Continued use of Veto means you accept the updated terms.
